How long does shipping take?
We ship to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Here's what to expect:

- Tracked Shipping: 7โ12 business days (recommended)
Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free shipping on all orders over $35
- Flat rate $4.99 on orders under $35
Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from fulfillment centers in the US and Asia depending on product availability. This allows us to offer competitive prices without compromising on quality.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at 17track.net or directly through the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?
We want you and your dog to love every purchase. If you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@everlovedpets.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24โ48 hours with next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we confirm your return, refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days back to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?
We've got you covered โ no return needed. Just email us a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
