Are your products safe for dogs?

Yes. Every product we carry is selected with dog safety as the #1 priority. Our grooming tools use soft, skin-safe materials, and all items meet standard safety requirements. If your dog has specific allergies or sensitivities, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

What sizes are available?

Product sizing varies by item. Size details (weight ranges, dimensions) are listed on each individual product page. If you're unsure which size is right for your dog, email us at support@everlovedpets.com and we'll help you choose.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. Tracked shipping takes 7–12 business days. We process all orders within 1–3 business days. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $35 ship free. Orders under $35 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Track it at 17track.net or through the carrier link in your email.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@everlovedpets.com with your order number. We'll do our best to help with an exchange or return.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're sorry about that! Email us a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Are your products good for puppies?

Most of our products are suitable for puppies. Product pages will note any specific age or weight recommendations. When in doubt, reach out and we'll advise.
